Qi Healing

Qi Healing is a holistic healing technique that uses your innate healing power to bring our body, mind and spirit to a balanced and harmonic state. It works by balancing and directing Qi, the vital energy, through the meridians, the energy channels of the body, and on specific points of both the physical and on the energetic body.

Qi Healing helps to calm the mind and to remove and release blocked energies and emotions, balancing the Qi back to a healthy state. This helps soothing the physical, mental and spiritual level of pain, tension, fears, and stress to give you a deep sense of wellbeing, wellness, and oneness.

There are two main categories of techniques that are often both used during a healing session. The first works on the energetic level of your being and does not involve any physical contact between you and the healer. This techniques are used to balance energy, eliminate stagnation, reduce pain. The second healing technique involves hands-on techniques useful to open the energy channels of the head and body. So, this practice is similar to a gentle massage and uses Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Nei Jia techniques to release any blocks in the flow of Qi in your bosy, mind, and soul. All meridians are addressed during a healing session.

During the treatment, people can sometimes perceive the qi flow within their own body, often as waves of heat or cold or other sensations. Clients experience the Tai Chi press massage as very pleasant and relaxing, and often fall asleep during the session.

Because Qi is a form of energy, the sessions can be performed remotely, as energy is not restricted by space or time. As a matter of fact, some respond better to distance treatments than to in-person treatment.

During each session, being it in presence or remote, you should be in a quiet, comfortable environment where you could remain undisturbed during the whole session, and all technology should be turned off.
