Holistic Wellness

Yourself, Understood

Wellness

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness, according to the WHO (World Health Organization) "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity".
Wellness
Wellness is a holistic integration of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, fueling the body, engaging the mind, and nurturing the spirit, according to the University of Maryland. It represents a conscient choice of living life fully, following a specifically designed lifestyle that allows you to become the best version of yourself, empowering your potentials, circumstances, and gifts.

So, keeping an optimal level of wellness is absolutely crucial to live holistically, nurturing at the same time our bodies, minds, and souls to achieve a healthier, wealthier, and happier personal and professional life.

During each of my holistic wellness sessions, you will receive custom, specific guidance that will help you be inspired to make better choices in support of their health and wellness goals based on your specific lifestyle. At the same time, you will reduce your stress, your anxiety, your tension, and will improve your flexibility, your fitness level, your diet.

In a business environment, my experience as a wellness coach will help any kind of business reduce the cost of health care as well as absenteeism, positively contributing to improving performance and productivity. Assisting employees to become more proactively engaged in improving their health will also improve their wellness and their sense of belonging.
